Where the lessor applies to the Authority for payment of the bond to itself, or disputes a tenant's bond application, the lessor gives the tenant, within 14 days, evidence supporting the claim or dispute, such as receipts, repair quotes and unpaid rent records, unless it could not contact the tenant after reasonable efforts (phone, text, email, social media message and the emergency contact).
