Queensland Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 s154: s 154 Bond increase only after a rent increase and with notice

A lessor asks for a bond increase only where the rent has lawfully increased, by written notice given at least 11 months after the agreement started (or after the last bond increase date), stating the day for the increase, which is at least one month after the notice.
