The head of a reporting entity ensures the entity has systems (policies, practices or procedures) for preventing reportable conduct by its workers in the course of work; enabling any person, including a worker, to notify the head of a reportable allegation or conviction about a worker; enabling any person to notify the QFCC where the allegation or conviction involves the head; and investigating and responding to reportable allegations and convictions (s 30). The QFCC may ask for information about these systems and recommend action (s 31).
