Baseline: an infrastructure framework supports the claims and business strategy; when a Lloyd's lead, proactive handling founded on claims guidelines, manuals and training; peer review and audit confirm proactive handling with corrective action; service commitments published where appropriate; experts appointed and managed accordingly; Lloyd's Claims Lead Arrangements (LCLA) followed. Higher levels add measurement of key lifecycle moments, customer-experience initiatives, effective data capture, target-driven lifecycle experience and recognition of service excellence.
