The plan addresses the resources and external expertise, systems and processes, outsourcing strategy and cost of delivering claims management; the strategy explains how claims will contribute to its success; claims insights feed plan decisions, strategy planning and their continuous maintenance, including progress against Lloyd's tactical priorities; claims are recognised as a core business attribute supporting sustainable, profitable business. Guidance applies at a single level to all managing agents.
