NSW Home Building Act 1989 s105ZA: s 105ZA Notify the Authority of defaults and capital events within 21 days

A licence holder and a former holder must notify the Authority in writing within 21 days after any event listed in s 105L(3) and (4) (the grounds on which a licence may be suspended, other than those excepted) happens, in or outside NSW. A licence holder must also notify a decrease or proposed decrease in its issued capital within 21 days and the receipt of any bidder's or target's statement under the Corporations Act. Maximum penalty 100 penalty units.
