NSW Home Building Act 1989 s105S: s 105S Prepare, follow and revise a business plan for the home building insurance business

A licence holder must prepare and deliver a business plan for its Part 6 insurance or Part 6B product business to the Authority as soon as practicable after being asked, prepared under the Insurance Guidelines and describing how the business will be conducted, including claims handling, management, expenses and systems. It must revise the plan whenever it departs significantly from it and at intervals of not less than 12 months as the Authority directs, conduct the business as far as practicable in accordance with the current plan and notify the Authority of any significant departure. Compliance is a licence condition.
