NSW Home Building Act 1989
Parts 6A, 6B and 6C: Insolvent insurers, alternative indemnity products and insurer licensing – NSW Home Building Act 1989

NSW Home Building Act 1989 s105T-105U: ss 105T and 105U Disclose re-insurance arrangements and investment of funds

It is a condition of an insurer licence (other than for the Self Insurance Corporation) that the insurer notifies the Authority of particulars of re-insurance arrangements made or proposed for Part 6 liabilities and the terms of any APRA approval of that re-insurance. A licence holder must also, when the Authority requires, give details of how its Part 6 or Part 6B funds (premiums and their investment earnings) and other funds are invested; this is also a licence condition.
