Every cloud service an FPI procures aligns at minimum with ISO/IEC 17203 (Open Virtualisation Format, for workload portability and against lock-in), ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018, ISO/IEC 19086 (cloud SLA framework), CSA STAR certification at Level 1 or above and a SOC 2 Type II attestation report; indigenous providers may show compliance through equivalent national standards as NITDA makes them available.
