Because generators maintain supply when the network or PES has failed, their protection should be more tolerant: designers should obtain from makers the generator's damage characteristic and its short-circuit decrement behaviour before setting devices. Generators should supply enough fault current that a system earth fault is cleared while the set keeps running, whereas an earth fault on the cable linking the generator to the network should be cleared instantly; restricted earth fault plus overcurrent and network earth-fault relays may be used, graded with the decrement current in mind.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
