Engines with an air shutdown damper need position contacts with local alarm and remote annunciation; the panel must be approved for the Level served; and cranking must be initiated by manual start, loss of normal power at any ATS in the EPSS, an exercise clock, a test switch in each ATS that simulates a power loss until reset, or, without an ATS, a loss of power signal.
