Minnesota Rules of the Board of Continuing Legal Education 7A: Teaching credit for live approved courses, excluding bar preparation, claimed on the affidavit

What does 7A require?

Faculty presenting a live (not previously recorded) approved course earn one credit per 60 minutes spent preparing the presentation and materials and teaching. No credit is given for teaching aimed mainly at people preparing for bar admission. A lawyer claiming teaching credit supplies the details the Appendix III compliance affidavit asks for.
