Minnesota Rules of the Board of Continuing Legal Education 4B-C: Every application explains how professional responsibility is treated, or why it is absent, on pain of reduced credit

What does 4B-C require?

Each application for course approval includes either a description of how the course treats professional responsibility or ethical considerations in general, or an explanation of why they are not covered. If the Board finds that a course approved as standard credit treats these topics inadequately without a satisfactory explanation, it may refuse full credit, deduct hours, and, for a sponsor that persistently refuses to cover them, refuse further credit for that sponsor's courses.
