Minnesota Rules of the Board of Continuing Legal Education 5A-7-8: Keep a participant list for the Board and award one credit per 60 minutes of instruction

What does 5A-7-8 require?

The sponsor keeps a list of everyone who attended and sends it to the Board on request after the course. Credit is computed at one credit hour per 60 minutes of actual instruction in an approved course, so breaks, registration and social time are excluded.
