A lawyer earns no credit for courses attended before admission to practice in Minnesota, but once admitted may claim one hour per 60 minutes of attendance, for credit or as an auditor, at a regular course of an ABA-approved law school. By exception, someone who attends approved courses, or teaches in one, between sitting the Minnesota bar examination and being admitted may claim that credit on passing the examination.
