Credit for an archived on-demand course is available when the course meets Rules 2, 5 and 6, the sponsor agrees to keep one or more faculty members reachable by all participants electronically or otherwise for the whole 24-month approval period, and the sponsor or applicant files an application for course approval. Approval of an on-demand course lasts 24 months from the Board office's approval date.
