A lawyer may claim one hour of standard credit for every six hours of pro bono legal representation provided, without compensation or expectation of it, to an individual pro bono client whose matter came by referral from an approved legal services provider or from a state or federal court programme. No more than six hours of credit may be claimed this way in a reporting period, and the lawyer submits an Affidavit of Pro Bono Representation (Appendix II) to receive it.
