Minnesota Rules of the Board of Continuing Legal Education 6B: Elimination of bias credit: 60 minutes, narrative against the learning goals, profession-focused, not general discrimination law

What does 6B require?

Elimination of bias credit requires a course or session of at least 60 minutes, identified on the application as meeting the requirement and accompanied by a narrative showing how it meets at least one of the learning goals set out on the Appendix I form. The content focuses on bias within the legal profession and the practice of law rather than in society generally, and courses on the substantive law of unlawful discrimination qualify only if they also meet those learning goals.
