What does 13 require?

A lawyer whose Retirement Affidavit or Disability Affidavit has been lodged at the Lawyer Registration Office and is placed on inactive status there is transferred by the Board to voluntary restricted CLE status. To return to active status the lawyer notifies the Lawyer Registration Office and must also satisfy Rule 12C before the Board restores active CLE status.
