When soliciting by telephone, or to prevent withdrawal or cancellation, the seller must not make false statements on the seven matters of Article 21(1) (as for door-to-door sales) and must not intentionally withhold the facts on the first five when soliciting; the consumer may rescind a contract induced by them (Article 24-3); breach is a criminal offence (Article 70), and the minister may demand reasonable grounds for performance claims (Article 21-2).
