On receiving an application by post, telephone or other means after a telemarketing call the seller must deliver without delay a document with the kind, price, payment timing and method, delivery timing, cooling-off matters and ordinance items (unless the contract is concluded at once); on concluding the contract it must deliver without delay a contract document (immediately where goods are delivered and full payment received at conclusion). Electronic provision with consent is allowed.
