ITU Radio Regulations and Space Security Standards RR27: RR Article 27: Experimental stations

What does RR27 require?

Experimental stations communicate with those of another country only when authorized, and administrations notify each other of such authorizations (27.1, 27.2); administrations verify operators' qualifications and fix maximum power (27.3, 27.4); all general rules apply, including the technical conditions of the band unless the experiment prevents it, with dispensations granted in appropriate form, and experimental stations identify themselves at short intervals (27.5, 27.6).
