ITAR - International Traffic in Arms Regulations 120.17: Support Blue Lantern end-use monitoring

All exports of defense articles, technical data, defense services and brokering activities under the ITAR are subject to end-use monitoring by the Department of State through the Blue Lantern programme (120.17), and an unfavourable end-use check finding against any party involved is a ground for denying, revoking, suspending or amending licences (120.18(a)(9)). Exporters and their foreign consignees must be able to show where exported articles are and how they are used.
