ISO/IEC 17043:2023
Clause 7.4 to 7.7: Evaluation, reporting, process control, complaints and appeals – ISO/IEC 17043:2023

ISO/IEC 17043:2023 7.5.1: Keep technical records that allow repetition and trace every amendment

What does 7.5.1 require?

Technical records for every PT activity hold the results, the reports and enough detail to identify, where possible, what affected the performance evaluation and to repeat the activity under conditions matching the original as nearly as possible, including the date and the identity of those responsible for the activity and for checking the data and results. Data used to verify items, participant instructions, participants' original responses and any other information in reports are recorded when made and identifiable with the specific task. Amendments to technical records are traceable to earlier versions or to the original participant submission, with both original and amended data and files retained, the date of alteration, what was altered and who altered it.
