ISO 9001:2015 6.2: Quality objectives and planning to achieve them
The organization sets quality objectives for the functions, levels and processes of its QMS where they are relevant. The objectives must fit the quality policy, be measurable, take the applicable requirements into account, bear on product and service conformity and on raising customer satisfaction, be monitored, be communicated, be updated where appropriate, and be kept as documented information. In planning how to reach them, the organization decides what is to be done, what resources it will take, who is responsible, the completion date, and how the results will be evaluated.
This control maps to 16 controls across 16 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
