ISO 50001:2018 - Energy Management Systems 4.3: Determining the scope of the energy management system
Decide where the EnMS boundaries lie and to what it applies, taking account of the issues from 4.1 and the requirements from 4.2. Make sure the organization has the authority to control energy use, consumption and efficiency inside the scope and boundaries, exclude no type of energy from them, and keep the scope and boundaries as documented information.
