The organization makes sure workers and relevant parties know about workplace factors that can harm health, safety and well-being, that can fuel stigma or discrimination, that can lower psychosocial risk, and that support their part in promoting health and well-being. Awareness work takes into account visible top management backing for reporting and for protection against reprisal, what workers can do and how the organization will respond, people who can spread good practice, existing knowledge and training, building awareness into induction and other processes, using existing events and meetings, the effects of workplace change, and the need to break down stigma. The organization also tells people what it is doing about psychosocial risk, including steps to encourage reporting, ease fear of retaliation and build trust in the system.
This control maps to 3 controls across 2 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 3 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
