The organization builds the knowledge needed to spot psychosocial hazards and handle the risks, including how hazards interact and what harm they can do; supports workers to gain and keep it through training and development; makes sure workers and relevant parties can apply the prevention measures and know how to report or raise concerns; obtains outside expertise where it lacks it; checks whether its competence actions worked; and allows for each worker's needs, experience, language, literacy and background. Competence requirements are set for top management and line managers, risk assessors, those implementing controls and interventions, and those evaluating the process. Competence records are kept, and workers are consulted on the competence needed.
This control maps to 4 controls across 2 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 4 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
