Communication shows commitment and tells workers and others what is expected of them and what they can expect in return. The organization gives workers and relevant parties psychosocial risk information they can reach, understand and use. In doing so it shows top management commitment, gives workers a route to feed back to top management on programmes and policies, reports how its psychosocial processes are developing and performing, responds to ideas and concerns raised, explains how changes at work can affect health, safety and well-being, and shares results of audits and evaluations. Information is adapted to workers' needs, for example in other languages or formats such as video or audio.
This control maps to 2 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 2 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
