ISO 37001:2016 6.1: 6.1 Actions to address risks and opportunities
In planning the system, take into account the 4.1 factors, the 4.2 requirements, the risks found in the 4.5 assessment and improvement opportunities, so as to: give reasonable assurance the system can reach its objectives; prevent or reduce unwanted effects on the policy and objectives; keep track of how effective the system is; and keep improving it. Then plan the actions for these bribery risks and opportunities, how they will be built into and carried out through the system's processes, and how their effectiveness will be judged.
