People at every level are central to an organization, and their full engagement lets their abilities serve it (ISO 9000:2015 clause 2.3.3). Each person on the project should have a clearly set role, with responsibility and authority for what they contribute, with delegated authority matching the responsibility assigned, and competent people should be placed in the project organization. To raise the project organization's performance, staff should be given suitable tools, techniques and methods to run, monitor and control the processes. In projects that are multinational or multicultural, run as joint ventures, international and so on, the effects of managing across cultures should be dealt with.
