What does 45.2-2 require?

Unless the chapter, other law or an agreement with the client allows otherwise, the lawyer promptly hands over any money or property that is due to the client or the outside party and promptly gives a full accounting of that property. The duty runs to third persons with an interest in the funds, not only to the client.
