The CB suspends on a critical finding or when the client cannot or will not conform, withdraws when suspension lasts beyond six months, the client stops or integrity is badly compromised, and reduces scope when the certificate no longer reflects the SMS, never removing locations or activities under the client's control. Within three working days it updates the Assurance Platform and its own records, tells the client in writing with reasons and required actions, and instructs it to inform interested parties. The client owns its report and holds the certificate, which the CB owns; audit data is entered in English within 28 days of the decision and two months of the audit, checked for completeness, timeliness, validity, accuracy and consistency, and clients get authorised access to their platform data on request.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
