Audit time is calculated and documented from the application: eight effective hours per day (ten at most, within ILO and national law), stated in hours, counting only registered FSSC 24000 auditors, covering the main site and relevant off-site locations including worker accommodation, and excluding preparation, planning, reporting, nonconformity closure and travel. Initial time Ts adds a site-size figure (small, medium or large by floor area) to a figure set by total worker numbers in Table A.1; a justified reduction of up to 20 percent is possible for lower complexity or a recent satisfactory social audit (not on top of a transition reduction), results round up to the half day, and the minimum is one auditor day. At least two hours of preparation and four of reporting are added. Surveillance takes a third of Ts and recertification two thirds, each at least a day; combined audits report and justify the total.
This control maps to 2 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 2 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
