A legally enforceable certification agreement covers CB ownership of the certificate and report content, termination, conditions of certificate use, confidentiality, sharing information with the Foundation, the accreditation body, SSCI and authorities when required, nonconformity, complaint and appeal procedures, publication in the public register and the Assurance Platform, cooperation with AB or Foundation witness assessments, and the client's duty to tell the CB within three working days of significant changes, serious events, integrity-threatening situations, name, address or site changes, ownership or key staff changes, SMS or scope changes and anything that makes the certificate inaccurate.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
