FSSC 24000 Social Management System Certification Scheme Version 1.0 P3-6.1: Written audit report

What does P3-6.1 require?

Each audit has a confidential written report on the Foundation's mandatory template meeting Annex 2 and ISO/IEC 17021-1, available to authorities on request with the client's consent. It confirms every requirement was assessed with a verdict, verifies procedures and practice, justifies any not-applicable entry where the template allows it, records no scope exclusions, justifies plan deviations, states every nonconformity with requirement, finding, grade and evidence and the approved corrections and plans; head office reports summarise functions, interviews, files and findings. Photos may be annexed with agreement. The report reaches the client within two weeks of the decision, in English unless agreed otherwise, with Assurance Platform fields always in English and translations verified.
