Applying clause 9.1.4 of the base standard, the body has documented procedures for audit time and, for each client, determines what is needed for a complete and effective FSMS audit using the Annex B method. The determination and its justification, including any reductions or additions, are recorded. The determination covers preparation time, the minimum on-site or remote duration per site under B.1 to B.3 and Table B.1, reporting and post-audit time, any extra meetings, and where agreed the time needed for effective remote auditing or ICT use.
