Besides the 270.30 conditions, the Director sets case-by-case conditions on permit duration (270.50), schedules of compliance (270.33), monitoring (270.31) and, in EPA permits, alternate schedules; each permit contains the terms and conditions needed to protect human health and the environment, including additional conditions beyond Part 63 Subpart EEE, 264 or 266 where an assessment shows them necessary; new, reissued and, as allowed, modified permits incorporate every applicable requirement in effect before final disposition, expressly or by specific reference.
