Front-end fabricators producing 3A090.a integrated circuits (or those presumed to be 3A090.a under Note 1) for authorised IC designers must report quarterly (periods ending 31 July, 31 October, 31 January and 30 April, due within 30 days) the designer's name, address and contact, the completed KYC vetting form in Supplement No. 2 to Part 743, and per category of IC sold the designer, product names and model numbers and quantities, by email to EAR.Reports@bis.doc.gov; transactions with designers that are both approved and authorised are excluded.
