For exports of computers to Computer Tier 3 destinations, and of commodities enhancing computers previously sent there, where the APP exceeds the 4A003.b level, the exporter must file a post-shipment report by courier to the Office of Enforcement Analysis by the end of the month after the export, giving exporter details, licence number, date, end user and contact, carrier, air waybill or bill of lading number, commodity description with model and serial numbers and APP in WT, the PRC End-User Certificate number where applicable, and a signed certification, and keep records under Part 762.
