Exporters must report semi-annually (January to June by 1 August, July to December by 1 February, by email to WAreports@bis.doc.gov, or two copies by courier or fax) exports of Sensitive List items (Supplement No. 6 to Part 774) made under License Exceptions GBS, CIV, TSR, LVS, APP, the cooperating-government portion of GOV, the VEU authorisation or STA, to destinations other than Wassenaar members, giving the ECCN and paragraph, the number of units (technology reported once per consignee unless its scope changes) and the country of destination, with each page labelled with the company name and address; releases to foreign nationals in the United States and reexports are not reported; supporting records are kept under 762.2(b).
