Exports not under an individual licence of more than 100 6A003.b.4.b thermal imaging cameras in monocular, biocular or binocular configuration to Country Group A:1 destinations other than Australia, Canada and the U.K. must be reported by the exporter by email to UTICreport@bis.doc.gov, for half-year periods, by the end of the month after the period, identifying the exporter, export dates, consignee or end user, model numbers, serial numbers and quantities, with technical specifications on request.
