Part 736: General prohibitions – EAR - Export Administration Regulations

EAR - Export Administration Regulations 736.2(b)(6): General Prohibition Six: embargoed destinations

No one may export, reexport or transfer (in-country) any item subject to the EAR to a country or region that is embargoed or specially controlled under Part 746 (including occupied Crimea and covered regions of Ukraine) without a licence or a licence exception specifically listed for that destination in Part 746; Part 740 exceptions do not otherwise overcome it.
