Testing confirms the item responds correctly to stimuli (functional, bench, system validation facility and aircraft tests, manual or automated, possibly using built-in test). Where a requirement cannot be verified in the intended operational environment, other justified means are provided. Tests for credit need a configured item; integration test results may also be credited. Every requirement whose validation or verification is by test, including environmental qualification requirements, is identified; stimulus, sequence and conditions (such as ambient temperature and applied voltage) are defined per test; pass/fail criteria and the recording method are fixed before execution; test equipment and its calibration date are recorded; the configuration of the item under test is recorded; results are recorded and kept; and failures are fed back for resolution.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
