A review qualitatively evaluates plans, requirements, design data, concept or implementation. Reviews are held through the life cycle as planned, and those used for credit are named in the validation and verification plan. Participants should have the necessary knowledge; review outcomes may permit or deny transitions; and results are documented including decisions and the disposition of actions.
