Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 S4-6.1: Schedule 4 clause 6.1: route AEMO data correction requests to the National Electricity Rules procedures

A retailer that receives a correction request under subsection 56EP(1) or (2) of the Act relating to AEMO data must, instead of the correction and notice steps in rule 7.15(b) and (c), as soon as practicable initiate the relevant correction procedures under the National Electricity Rules for NMI standing data or metering data, and, for DER register data, tell the requester how to contact the distributor to have it corrected.
