Competition and Consumer (Consumer Data Right) Rules 2020 S4-4.4: Schedule 4 clause 4.4: retailers obtain AEMO data from AEMO for every SR data request

On receiving an SR data request under Part 3 or Part 4, a retailer must request from AEMO, through AEMO's secondary data holder service, any SR data it will use to respond, even if it holds its own copy of that AEMO data.
