For dwellings: one credit where a secure space, indoors or outdoors, with posts, footings or fixings, holds at least four metres of drying line for one- and two-bedroom dwellings and six metres for three or more bedrooms, or two metres per bedroom where each room has its own drying provision, or two metres per bedroom for the first thirty bedrooms plus one metre for each further bedroom where shared.
