BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9 9.6.3: Traceability tests reconciling quantities, achievable within four hours

What does 9.6.3 require?

The traceability test must reconcile the quantity of product received for the batch chosen, and it should be possible to complete the trace within 4 hours, or within one day where external parties have to supply information.
