BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9 3.11.3: 3.11.3 Incident and recall procedures tested at least annually with timings recorded

At least once a year the incident management procedures, including recall and withdrawal, must be put through a test that proves they work. The results, including how long key activities took, are kept, and lessons from tests and from real recalls are used to review and improve the procedure.
